[mythtv] Testers wanted for DVB EIT rework

Hi Piotr,

It is case one at the moment. When fully implemented it will significantly 
reduce the number of unnecessary passes through the EIT code. I also intend 
it to be the basis for the implementation of "accurate scheduling" using 
the EIT running status information.
