I see this with a WinPVR-USB as well, press play to start watching an
analog recording and it will take upwards of 30s to actually start playing.
HD-PVR and HDHR playback starts immediately. I need to update to master as
I've about a month behind, once I do that I'll try and gather some logs as
you mention.
