We're still under GPL v2+ currently, there's been no discussion about changing 
that. The GPL v3 logo is a place-holder since I can't currently find an official 
GPL v2 (or just GPL) logo currently. I may just end up modifying the official 
logo to say 2+ instead of 3 or change my mind about showing any sort of logo.
