Stuart, note that the iptv code in 0.26 uses a fixed mpeg program number (service id) of 1
Take a look at the changes I did in the patch submitted in the ticket to allow a service id to be specified.

So even if there is only one stream program in the transport stream it still expects the service id to be 1.
