What do you mean by "two instances of LocalHostName"?  You should only 
have one <LocalHostName> element in your config.xml , directly under the 
<Configuration> element (which should also contain a <Database> element 
and, optionally, a <WakeOnLAN> element and nothing else).

The whole <UPnP> element (and its children) should be removed--it's 
garbage left over from the old format of config.xml.
