[mythtv] DVD dropping back to the frontend at the menu. PCM_DVD problem?

No, I haven't.  Since the rips played with MythTV 0.25 and still play
with both vlc and xine, and there are multiple rips affected, I think
it's pretty clear that the problem is somewhere in new code introduced
in MythTV 0.26.
