[mythtv] [Q]: xml files mythfilldatabase and dvb channels

     Hi all,
just a quick question: I more or less follow the git log to see what I 
am up to when I upgrade myth which I try to do a few times a year. But I 
saw a few weeks ago in the log something about epg from xml files and 
dvb channels. IIRC the patch would prevent these channels to be updated 
because they have their eit.
Am I correct or is there at least a way to override that as I have a 
complicated setting here for which I must be able to upload my epg 
myself and insert it via mfdb for my dvb channels (it is a proprietary epg).
