As promised, here is a hack to restore a general OSD timeout. Suggest
a way to re implement the others and I'll take a look at them too.
One thing of note is that OSD::SetExpiry() already appears to use 0 and
<0 as special values so I used 1 to mean "use the configured default"
since a timeout of 1ms doesn't make much sense. Feel free to make a
better suggestion of clarify that 0 isn't special and could be used
instead.
Another thing of note is OSD::SetExpiry() accepts time in ms while the
DB setting uses 1s granularity. It might be worth changing the DB and
settings widget to use ms with say a 100ms granularity.
