[mythtv] Gallery module for MythWeb

In light of paulh's comment on #2301 yesterday [1], could a relevant
developer please comment on the validity of the patches attached to
#2301 and #2923 [2]  - in particular any issues that need to be
addressed (in addition to updating the patch for trunk). These gallery
patches have been sitting in trac for over 3 years now, and it would
be great to get a gallery module added to MythWeb before 0.24 is
released.
