Yeah, it's part of the ATSC PSIP spec, and the tuner will pass it
through to the software if it wants it (it's sent on MPEG PID 0x1FFB).
 It's required for broadcasters to send it, since it's used for V-Chip
style content ratings.  The cable providers doing ClearQAM aren't
required to send the info though, and as far as I know most do not.

I don't know if MythTV actually uses any of the info though.
