[mythtv] MythXML module for MythWeb

Hi,

I have written a quick piece on a new module that I put together for
mythweb.  The idea is to expose the MythXML API via mythweb, so that I
can access it from for example an application running on my Android
smartphone.

A couple of quick questions:
1) Is this a suitable module for mythweb?
2) Should I just create a ticket to work towards getting it accepted
or is it best to talk about the goals of the module and the current
implementation with the developers first?
