With the #6824 patch applied, using default setting of commflag_speedups: 11

That shows a significant speedup (although I'd like to investigate if the
logo detection is being sped up or not), and only a single one-frame
difference in the found commercial marks.

I'd call that a success.  I'll start another test with 720p.
