[mythtv] Report on #6824 behavior

Hmm, the first file I came across was 1h 480p H.264 (Top Gear).

Speedup enabled:

Total Time: 0:26:21
Commercial Skip List: 44284-51519,82611-92523,125240-134256

Speedup disabled:

Finished commercial break flagging at Thu Aug 12 17:50:47 2010

Total Time: 0:35:26
Commercial Skip List: 44285-50614,82611-92523,127043-134256

This one had a significant difference in the end of the first commercial
break and I will check to see if it's way off with the disabled or enabled
when I get home.  The beginning of the last commercial break is
significantly different too.

720p is still to come.
