[mythtv] UPNP

There is actually activity on the UPNP server part of mythtv currently.  I
am working on it.  I am *THIS* close to being ready to commit a fairly large
chunk that would give us commercial skipping over UPNP.  I'm just not quite
done testing.  I don't know if I'll have it ready for 0.24.

In the meantime, please submit any patches via tickets in trac, and I will
get to them fairly quickly.
