[mythtv] mythvideo list view oddities

What happens when you leave mythvideo and re-enter after a long count
of five?  Suspect the correct button item now displays persistently.

Don't use this functionality so I don't know.

The former issue is related to the same issue that requires one to
scan, then leave mythvideo until the cache dies, then re-enter.  There
are numerous issues caused by the same core bug that should all be
resolved when it is.
