Truly serendipitous timing!  I had forgotten why I had stuck with a
32bit install, and just got through install the 64 bit version of F9.
Timestretch caused some stuttering, and I was having a hard time
figuring out why.  I had forgotten that timestretch was missing those
optimizations with 64bit.

This patches fixes the problem nicely.  Thank you.
