[mythtv] PREFIX and LIBDIR

OK, but is that to

1) force your "make install" to put the libs somewhere different?

2) to force mythfrontend at runtime to load
plugins and filters from a different location?

3) something else I don't understand


I ask because 1) should be possible
just using something like --prefix=/tmp
and 2) should be dealt with using my
pending --runtime-prefix= argument
