[mythtv] uPnP media server live dvb streaming

Hi Kevin,

Thanks - I'll test that, and if it works I'll put in place the code to
add the listings.

I haven't looked yet at what mythtv does for the http server - I'm
hoping it implements it itself so that I can add something like a
/MythLive/id=blah
which would handle triggering the live feed. Though I need to do a bit
of looking and thinking how to tackle when it finishes.
