[mythtv] New MythWeb Skin/Theme - Haze

Not wanted to spam the dev list with not particularly dev like 
mails...but just a small note to announce the availablility of a new 
skin for MythWeb entitled Haze.

Inspired by the discussion on the Dev list recently I have created a 
dark and a light versions of the skin for those who disliked webpages 
with dark backgrounds.
