The miniplayer is Paul's baby and so the decision is his, but do we really 
need more settings?

At a time when the biggest complaint about mythtv is the number of settings 
and difficulty of setup we should be removing settings and every new one 
should be well justified.

There might be a case for the first change, although I don't see what is so 
difficult about an extra button press. In fact, now that the menu isn't 
displayed when music is already stopped, it might be removed altogether. I.e. 
If you don't want music to continue after leaving mythmusic then just press 
STOP.

The second change doesn't make a lot of sense in my opinion? What purpose does 
it serve? If having the miniplayer obscure a small part of the screen for a 
few seconds is too much, then how about altering the theme to move the 
miniplayer to a more acceptable location/size. Or pick a theme which does 
this already?
