This is an issue with the themeinfo stuff and not entirely Mepo-wide. Since I 
designed the schema badly, the base resolution of the theme is used for both 
the OSD and UI if they are included in the same place. As Mepo uses a 4:3 
(640x480) OSD but a 16:9 (1280x720) UI it is scaling the OSD incorrectly.

I'll fix this during the week by allowing different base resolutions for the 
UI and OSD, it will require an update to the themeinfo.xml in Mepo.
