[mythtv] New release without freeze dates?

Isaac posted January 30th the following message on mythtv.org:
"Hey, long time no update. Just wanted to let people know that I'm planning on 
putting out a new release (0.17) next weekend."

So I'd say if you want to check translations you should do it now..
