Chris, in looking over this more some morning I have a few minor tweaks 
I want to do including changing the listings status over to using the 
contentLines and doing away with the text area altogether.  I see a few 
other improvements but nothing major.  If I see something from you 
first, I'll build off that otherwise you might see another update from 
me here this weekend sometime.
