[mythtv] Re: waiting for free video buffers timed out

I appreciate the suggestions, and I will probably uninstall my
tarball+patch+hack '100zz' and try out your 'testing' RPM instead (to make
it easier later). I upgraded to the latest rpms, and xorg went from
xorg-x11-6.7.0-5
to
xorg-x11-6.7.0-9

Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem. The good news is that
I think I figured out what it was, and why more people don't have it.
Since I've been trying a number of different vid cards, drivers, etc,
there was some vestigial cruft in the xorg.conf and modprobe.conf. For
some reason, either X or mythtv was still loading the nvidia kernel module
and breaking the 'ati' driver card for video play. Getting rid of

ModulePath "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/nvidia" (xorg.conf)
and
# nvidia kernel module
alias char-major-195 nvidia-1_0-6111 (modprobe.conf)

made it go.

Thanks for all the suggestions, and hopefully the 100zz rpm will go
nicely.

-Cory
