100zz has already landed.
(in "testing", and testing is appreciated, but is not to be considered
"stable" yet :)

I wouldn't reinstall FC2, just upgrade to the currently available rpms.

But I don't think this error has something to do with the capture card
drivers, as you write that it occurs during playback.

Try uninstalling all capture card drivers and see if the error is
still there. Next use X drivers from xorg only and not from ATI, to
check whether the error is in the video driver. Finally if the error
is still there it would look like it has been isolated to mythtv.
