I was going to keep a file of contributions, I saved Gregorio's additions
off to a master_additional.xml file which is read as part of my local master
list creation process.

I was going to wait for more additions before sending an updated master list
in (to save on the annoyingness factor of me sending in a file to commit
every time someone sent in an addition).
