I can do this and the other minor changes...

Nope. Don't need it. Just thinking out loud...

Right, I see and that brings up another question. I was going to
spend an hour building a new master. I was thinking I could just
grab major providers and major cities, import them then export
the merged list when I was done. However, it doesn't look like it
works that way. How do you suggest merging icon maps from different
sources?
