I just setup a slave backend on my Athlon workstation without any capture
cards defined for it and told Myth to run all flagging on the workstation
(which is 5x faster than my master backend since the master is using
AVerMedia M179 cards). Worked like a charm. Nice to see the recording
finish on the slow master backend then commercial detection fire off on
the fast slave backend running full-throttle.

I think the requirement you are thinking of is that there be at least
1 capture card defined on the master backend (or maybe it's 1 defined
total), but it appears to work correctly with a slave with no TV cards
defined.

Now I need to figure out a way to allow it to fall back to the old method
if the user chooses a specific backend to run flagging on and that backend
isn't connected for some reason.
