The up/down felt weird at first since I was used to right / left but I 
got used to it..  I've been sitting on this for a while to see if I was

I've got the background converted over to a PSD now so tweaking it is 
easy.  I thought it was a little close myself, both on the original and 
this one.  I personally am not real fond of the arrows no that they're 
vertical.

BTW this is in CVS now.
