[mythtv] prebuffering pause and recording preview

Hi,

I've got "preview recordings" on, and whenever I in the "Watch 
Recordings" UI I get "prebuffering pause" messages around every two or 
three seconds.  The preview stutters too, pretty much at the same interval.

I thought this was fixed earlier as mentioned in this thread,

I'm still getting it?? This behavior continues even if I completely exit 
the "Watch recordings" UI into the main mythtv interface.

The sad thing is this box is on a (networked) slave backend, and after a 
while the master back end crashes.  (Doesn't *always* happen, but 
happens often enough to be annoying....)

Any help appreciated.
