[mythtv] [Patch] graboptions

This is a resubmit - this originally came in whilst everyone was busy
with 0.15.1 and had no response.
There seems to be a bug with --graboptions.
If you use --graboptions it concatenates it to the source grabber
and then does a text comparison with the expected grabber names so it
will always fall through to:

isNorthAmerica = true;
command.sprintf("nice %s --days 1 --offset %d --config-file '%s' "
"--output %s", xmltv_grabber.ascii(),
offset, configfile.ascii(), filename.ascii());
I doubt this is intended
