I've got one that might be easy.  The pre-roll is reflected in the resultant "Watch Recordings" item, but the post-roll is not.  That is, with global pre-roll and post-roll both set at 60 seconds, a show scheduled from 2:00 to 3:00 with no adjacent recordings shows up as 1:59 to 3:00 (rather than 3:01).  (There doesn't seem to be a timing issue; the mtime of the file is 3:01.)
