[mythtv] [PATCH] Mythweb schedule display correction

If you're seeing this happening, then something is wrong with the
routine that loads the programs from the database.  That is, unless
there really is no data up to the point that your shows are starting
(ie. if it's showing something that should start at 7 in the 5 time
slot, what's actually supposed to be in the 5 time slot?  Is it off-air
until 7?)
