[mythtv] [PATCH] Mythweb schedule display correction

At present, mythweb's schedule display cannot cope with a gap in
programming that is not at the end of the row. This patch is a little bit
dirty, but should be perfectly functional.

It seems to work okay on my system where BBC3 and BBC4 transmissions only
start at 7pm. Previously, showing a schedule from 5pm onwards would have
resulted in the 7pm showing being shifted back to the 5pm start point.
