Thanks, I've got a copy now, you can remove it.

By the way, GOP-frames are mandated by the MPEG2Video spec.  If you want
a copy of the spec, let me know.  Not that it is relevant, since you've
only got what is in the stream, but it does mean the stream in
non-compliant (strictly speaking), and that I need to add them in to make
the stream MPEG2-PS compliant.
