Interesting; seems there's conflicting information out there then. Maybe
it's a difference between MPEG-1 and MPEG2, since in hindsight I think the
quote someone showed me may have been from the MPEG-1 spec. Either that or
I'm completely missing something in that stream. If you find anything
interesting in it let me know. :)
