[mythtv] automatic CVS building

Hi,

I've made these two little scripts that made upgrading to CVS a lot
easier for me. It updates the code from CVS, does a make distclean,
compiles and makes packages using checkinstall for all the mythtv
modules.

Posting just in case anyone else finds these usable
