Here is a patch which adds back ResetScreensaver() and calls it when a valid
lirc key event is generated (a good thing for those of us using only a
remote to talk to myth).

Yes RestoreScreensaver() could be reworked so it would work instead (by
checking to see if the state had been saved before restoring it for example)
but three different operations really do deserve three functions.

Also added a call to XResetScreenSaver before DisableScreenSaver disables
the screen saver (setting the timeout to zero doesn't deactivate an active
screen saver).
