[mythtv] NEW ATSC/HDTV card for MythTV

Very excited to hear this.  I never really got my HD2K playing nice
in my system with the other cards like I wanted.  Generally
disappointed with it.

Angel, if you get positive results, please make sure to post.  I'd
like to purchase one as well if you get things going.
