[mythtv] Nintendo64 and/or Genesis

I added ninendo64 (i'm using mupen64) just last week.  It's not quite
done yet, so I haven't yet submitted a patch.  Haven't figured out how
to list all the good roms using the headers.   Could just select all
zip files of n64 files I guess.

Was thinking that maybe having a checkbox gui element that would
create a new panel based on the users settings would be a nice have. 
Kinda like mythsetup, where you say new emulator.  Then you give it a
name and say you want a screenshot location,rom location, arguments
etc.

Then this panel would show up in the gui ever after.
