Hi,

Some suggestions about other plugins.

I've never tried mythvideo and mythdvd, but I 've heard they use other apps
like xine or gmplayer. The problem is that I have some slow 300 Mhz thin
clients at home who even don't have a hard disk (booting from nfs), which
cannot play the movies (too slow and sound issues). It would be nice that the
a master backend (which has the dvd's or video's) encodes the video's/dvd
into a mythtv live stream. Than, my slow clients can watch the video's and
dvd's also.

Maybe mythfrontend has another aim, but I hope I made a good suggestion.

Greetings Henne
