[mythtv] frontend hangs when fast-forwarding across a commercial boundary

Code checkout as of yesterday.  I dont know when it started, I
only got the system up and running in the last four days.

Honestly, I dont know..  I _thought_ I tested it with autoskip off and
it continued to occur, but I'm not 100% sure I successfully turned off
autoskip.  The good news is that I do have a fairly reliable test
case.

Oh, indeed I was.. I was rewinding across a commercial break.  One
time I was fast-forwarding across it, but I do believe it happens more
reliabily while rewinding.

I've only tested with one file.  I'll happily send the file, but it's
rather large (4GB).

No, I didn't change the audio params (or anything else).  But yea, the
last message on the console is "Audio has changed:":

I can re-run (later) with -v if you'd like more input, unless this is
