[mythtv] ivtv settings patch (revisited)

Chris B,
    Do you plan to update your ivtv settings patch to work with the new
    profile group system?  Isaac should have no issues with adding it now
    (and it is the primary reason I did all the profile work in the first
    place).  If not, I'll update it and submit it, but either way, we
    should have MPEG2 specific settings before 0.12 goes out.
