[mythtv] [PATCH] Mpeg Seeking

Hi All,

here's a patch which *should* fix most seeking problems in mpeg streams.

Isaac said that this should fix mythcommflag also, so you probably want
to run 'mythcommflag --all' to rebuild your broken seektables.

I also included a copy of my dvbrecorder* files, which also contain
the fix in the recorder end of it all (Don't complain if these won't
compile, as I've done some changes here).

I'll release a new version of dvb-alpha soon, which has this in.
