[mythtv] ivtv driver and test_ioctl with 2.4.22-ac1

FYI

just sent a patched videodev2.h to the ivtv-devel mailing list to make 
test_ioctl work again for 2.4.22-ac1
this is for the latest cvs (snapshot) of ivtv driver

this might be of interest to 250/350 users who have started to get invalid 
ioctl messages in their logs
