[mythtv] Debian unstable broken on CVS

The packages required to compile are:

build-essential libqt3-mt-dev libmysqlclient-dev libfreetype6-dev
libvorbis-dev liblame-dev

nothing else.

libqt3-dev has never been required, only libqt3-mt-dev (MythTV is
multi-threaded).
