[mythtv] Audio output device in setup gone/moved?

Hi,

I was looking to change my audio output device but it seems to have 
disappeared from setup in mythfrontend?

A feature which would be nice, would be if you could say setup primary and 
secondary audio output devices which can be changed by a keypress.  I run an 
amp on 1 audio device and headphones on the other.  This comes in handy when 
family want to watch one show on the widescreen and I want to watch say a 
recording on my monitor in the same room.
