[mythtv] Problem with DVB Mpeg stream in nuv file

File plays fine (uses 9% cpu) on my xp1800+.  Make sure you don't have debug 
mode turned on in mythtv, etc.  With what I just checked in, a/v sync is fine 
as well, though I obviously can't test it much.  You'll have to figure out 
the aspect ratio issues on your own, though.
