[mythtv] mythmkmovie problems

I'm having toubles trying out mkmovie. I'm using v.7 I believe. It seems to start Ok.
Hogs up lots of cpu for the first minute or so then starts spitting out the messages shown below.
I left it up all night and it never finished. Anybody have any ideas on what may be wrong.
I have the latest mplayer installed. Maybe I missed something when installing mplayer.
I couldn't find requirements for mkmovie anywhere except for curses.
