[mythtv] MythPopupBox

I checked screen shot posted with the latest cvs commit.  Looks good, 
however I have one suggestion.  When the box pops up, fade / gray out 
the screen behind it.  Upon first look at the screen, it's so busy, my 
eyes can't find a place to focus.  I have no clue how to do it or I 
would take up the task.  If someone has a direction they can point me, I 
can take a stab at it though.

Just a thought / suggestion. . .
